Enrolments must be made using the hard copy forms available on the forms page of this website, which can be found in the ‘Family Information’ menu.
We need the completed originals to be handed in at 37-39 Ferguson Street, Broadford prior to any bookings being accepted.
Once the Enrolment Forms have been entered on our systems, families are able to waitlist/ book extra days or change booked days by calling the office on 03 5784 2828 during business hours.
No matter what type of care we provide to your children we need the same Enrolment Form completed for each child.
